John: Good morning. This is T&G Company.

Mike: Good morning. May I speak to John Smith?

John: This is John Smith. Who is it?

Mike: Good morning, John, this is Mike from Penny Fun Company.

John: Oh, Mike. Can I help you?

Mike: I am so sorry to bother you. But the order we filled last week seems to have some problems.

John: Problems? What kind of problems?

Mike: The computer order you placed shows that your company needs one Model R1, but we made a mistake and delivered one Model P1 to you this morning. For the capital letters R and P are quite similar, the staff took R for P carelessly. We’ll send you the right one by courier immediately.

John: No, no, no. That’s not necessary. My assistant, Mr. Thomson is coming to your company tomorrow. You can give it to him and he can bring it back.

Mike: Oh, OK, that’s alright, I’ll make sure he gets it. I’m sorry that this happened and I hope it didn’t bring much inconvenience to you.

John: It’s perfectly all right. Just as the saying goes, to err is human. By the way, what are the differences between those two models, R1 and P1?

Mike: Well, the price of the P1 model is RMB 4500, which is RMB 1000 higher than the R1’s. However the P1’s built-in quad-core chips are really good for the more demanding PC uses such as editing high-definition video or playing 3-D games. 

John: Oh, we only need the computer to deal with the daily sales data. Maybe the R1 model is appropriate for our business..  

Mike: No problem. Could you please send back the wrongly delivered Model P1 to us? Freight collect.

John: Certainly.

Mike: Is there anything else I can do for you, John?

John: No, thanks. Goodbye.

Mike: Thank you. Goodbye.
