Customer: No, I would like to pay by cash. How much is it if I send it from Guangzhou to San Francisco and when will it arrive?

Clerk: May I ask how heavy and how large the parcel is?

Customer: It’s 20kg and 10 x 20 x 25 CM³.

Clerk: Please hold on a second, I’ll check. The charge is RMB560. Normally, the estimated time of arrival will be within 3 weekdays.

Customer: That’s OK. Can you assign a courier to pick up the parcel tomorrow?

Clerk: Yes, of course.
