Evan: Hello, Ms Taylor. This is Evan Stone from SunShine International Trade Corporation Ltd. We have received your promotional email and we’re quite interested in the vacuum cups. Could you please tell me a little bit more about its varieties, quality and price?

Maggie: Thank you for your inquiry, Mr. Scott. We have mainly two series of vacuum cups in different models. We strongly recommend you item 218 and item 220. They have been the best sellers since they were marketed.

Evan: That’s interesting. What’s the price for them?  

Maggie: Our quotation for item 218 and item 220 is US$15 and US$20 respectively. And there is some discount for bulk orders.

Evan: And how about the quality of the products?

Maggie: We can assure you that all our products would be above the average quality and the prices are quite competitive.

Evan: That sounds great. If the quality of your products is satisfactory and the price is reasonable, May we place regular orders?

Maggie: We can send you some samples and you can see the difference between these grades. Our quality is exactly the same with our sales sample.

Evan: Good. What’s the maximum quantity of item 218 and item 220 for the present?

Maggie: The maximum quantity at present is about 800 cases each.

Evan: OK, I see. Would it be possible to make it 1000 cases if we place regular orders?

Maggie: Well, we shall be glad to supply you with that quantity in the future.

Evan: That’s great. But what in cases if disqualification?  

Maggie: Don’t worry about that, Mr. Scott. We will replace the defective ones if there is any. If you find the quality of our products unsatisfactory, we're prepared to accept return of the rejected products within a week.

Evan: I’m so glad to know that. Could you please send us the samples of your products as soon as possible?
