Florence: Thank you. You see, I’m going to Pittsburg for a business conference tomorrow. This is a three-day conference and it is about the future development of the architecture industry.

Florence: Right, I am going to stay at Park View Hotel during the conference, but after that, I may stay for an another couple of days and move to another hotel probably.

Rodney: In this case, can we meet for dinner the day after tomorrow? Linda and I can come to your hotel and we can pick you up, we say about 5:30?

Florence: Oh, that’s great. The hotel is Park View Hotel at East Hill Avenue.

Rodney: Just a minute, let me write it down, you say Park View Hotel, East Hill Avenue. And you know your room number ?

Florence: It’s 1315.

Rodney: OK. We’ll come at about 5:30 . When I get to the lobby I’ll call you..

Florence: Fine, that’s very nice of you.
